Easy Stretching for Daft Punk


My own version of stretching + yoga for the Daft Punk song Adagio for Tron (a new take on the classic Adagio For Strings composition).

I am not trained in any way and I rarely do the same “routine” twice. It’s more about focusing on what your body is wanting in the moment. The key is to:
1. Listen to the music
2. Listen to your body
3. Move in a way that feels good
